About Whitbeck Building & Desgin Inc.
Whitbeck Building & Design, Inc. was founded by Phil Whitbeck & Lori Ferretti in 2015 with the vision to craft unique projects and provide superior service to our customers. After working in the industry for many years, that vision has become a reality for us, mainly because of a strong foundation we built through effective communication with our customers and our team.
Over the past few years, our common passion transferred into our company culture: embodying our strong family-first values, integrity, loyalty and respect throughout our company.
Meet our team
Phil Whitbeck
Owner/Field Supervisor
Has been in the construction field since 1996. Took building construction for 2 years at Orange Ulster Boces. Upon graduation in 1998 I worked with a local construction company for 7 years before going out on my own. In 2005 I partnered to form Rocky Bar Builders and did large commercial and residential projects. In 2013 I took a job with DDCG in Brooklyn supervising the Transite Wireless data center builds. In 2015 I went back to my roots and partnered with Lori Ferretti to create Whitbeck Building and Design with the purpose of giving the our customers a premier residential building experience through quality, communication and cleanliness.
Lori Ferretti
Owner/Office Manager
Lori brought her skills of customer service to help the customer with a smooth transition into there project. She is always a phone call away to answer any of your questions.
Ralph Palladino
Project Manager
After collaborating for many years on high end projects. Ralph joined our team in 2022 to bring his skills of high end cabinetry and trim work to our customers on a daily basis.
Steve Celli
Exterior/Structural Forman
After serving our country after high school Steve has had multiple jobs in the construction industry. From framing to insulation. He joined our team in 2018 and has been invaluable with his structural knowledge.
John Whitbeck
Carpenter
Has been with us during the summers while in school. Now full time he is quickly gaining the knowlage with working with some of the best in the business.
Josh Whitbeck
Carpenter
Is a senior in High School and spends everyday after school working for us. Most will see him delivering materials and setting up projects. He will be joining the team full time after school.
